Precast Walling Mould

These steel precast wall moulds are strong and durable, capable of lasting for years when properly maintained. The kit includes a panel mould, a straight pole, and a corner pole.

Important Maintenance Tips:

1. Always use a suitable mould release oil to prevent adhesion between the cast concrete and the mould.
2. After each casting, thoroughly clean the mould to remove all cement residue before applying oil for the next cast.
3. Before storing the moulds, ensure they are completely clean. Apply oil to the steel moulds to protect them during storage.
4. Store the moulds in a covered area – exposure to the elements can cause the steel to rust.
5. Carefully handle the moulds to avoid dropping or hammering them. If a mould requires excessive force to release the concrete, it might be damaged.
