1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the Robo Leo QuickBooks Integration (“the Integration”), an internal tool operated by TL Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The Integration connects TL Store’s internal assistant, Robo Leo, to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer Platform for the sole purpose of reading accounting data for internal analysis and reporting.

By authorising or using this Integration, you agree to the terms set out in this EULA.

2. Nature of the Integration

The Integration is internal and private. It is not a publicly available application and is not offered to third parties, customers, or the general public. Access is limited exclusively to TL Store’s internal systems and authorised personnel.

The Integration operates in a read-only capacity. It does not create, edit, delete, pay, invoice, or otherwise modify any data within QuickBooks Online or any connected Intuit service. No write operations are performed.

3. Permitted Use

The Integration may be used solely for the following internal business purposes:

Reading and retrieving accounting, transaction, customer, supplier, invoice, payment, expense, and financial-report data as permitted by the connected QuickBooks Online account.
Internal business analysis, financial reporting, reconciliation, and decision support.
Providing Robo Leo with the information necessary to generate internal summaries and insights for TL Store’s authorised users.

Any use outside these purposes is not authorised.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

Use the Integration for any purpose other than those described in Section 3.
Share, sublicense, resell, or make the Integration available to any third party.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Integration.
Use the Integration to perform any write, create, update, delete, or payment operation in QuickBooks Online.

5. Third-Party Services

The Integration connects to QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and Intuit are independent third-party services. Their own terms of service and privacy policies apply to your QuickBooks account and data. TL Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Intuit Inc.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of QuickBooks Online complies with Intuit’s terms and any applicable agreements you hold with Intuit.

6. Credentials and Access Tokens

OAuth credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, and any authentication material used to connect the Integration to QuickBooks Online are stored securely and are not displayed publicly. These credentials are used solely to authenticate read-only API requests on behalf of TL Store’s internal systems.

7. Data Security and Retention

Security: We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data retrieved through the Integration from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
Access: Access to data retrieved by the Integration is restricted to TL Store’s authorised internal users and systems only.
Retention: Data retrieved through the Integration is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the internal business purposes described in this EULA, or as required by applicable law.
Disconnection: You may disconnect the Integration from your QuickBooks Online account at any time through the QuickBooks Online connected-apps settings. Upon disconnection, the Integration will no longer be able to retrieve data from your QuickBooks account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Integration is provided “as is” for internal use. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data retrieved through the Integration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TL Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Integration.

10. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Integration after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
