Refund policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are in place to ensure clarity and to protect both the Company and its customers from misunderstandings regarding our products, services, and procedures.

PAYMENT TERMS

Most of our products are made to order. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis once the required deposit has been received.

A 50% deposit is required before manufacturing begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.

 

Cancellation of orders may incur penalties. A 10% cancellation fee applies to top-selling items. Custom-made orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

WARRANTY

Our machinery undergoes rigorous quality testing throughout the production process. We offer an 8-month warranty against manufacturing faults; this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Should a fault occur during the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace the faulty item, subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer.

Transport, delivery, courier, and collection costs relating to warranty claims are not covered by the Company.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

We take reasonable care to package all products securely. However, the Company cannot be held liable for damage that occurs during transport or delivery.

Any claims for transport-related damage must be lodged directly with the relevant freight forwarder or courier company. Insurance is not included in local deliveries unless specifically arranged in writing.

Delivery, courier, transport, and related shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched or collection arrangements have been made.

RETURNS

As most products are made to order, return fees may apply.

For high-demand products, a 20% return fee will be charged to cover handling, restocking, and any paintwork repairs required. Returns for custom-sized, custom-made, or low-demand items will be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

Delivery, courier, transport, and shipping fees are non-refundable on all returned items.

LAY-BY

We offer a lay-by option with a maximum payment period of six months, after which the outstanding balance becomes due.

Customers may cancel and withdraw a lay-by arrangement by providing one week’s notice. Machinery will be reserved for the customer, and the agreed price will remain fixed for the duration of the lay-by period.
