Terms and Conditions

The following company terms and conditions are in place to ensure clarity and protect both the company and customers from any misunderstandings regarding our offerings and procedures.

PAYMENT TERMS:

We primarily offer made-to-order sales, with orders being processed on a first-come-first-served basis according to the deposit paid. While we strive to expedite production timelines wherever possible to ensure prompt delivery, we require a 50% deposit prior to manufacturing and the balance to be paid prior to dispatch. Please note that we do not accept cheques at this time, but offer credit card facilities and electronic transfers. For online payments via PayPal or credit card, a 5% charge will be added to cover the fee imposed by credit card companies.

Cancellation of orders will incur penalties, with a 10% fee for top-selling items and custom-ordered products, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

WARRANTY:

We stand behind the quality of our machinery, which undergoes rigorous quality testing at multiple stages of production. As such, we offer an 8-month warranty that does not cover wear and tear. If a machine fault occurs, we will either repair or replace the faulty item, subject to inspection by our manufacturer. Transportation costs associated with warranty claims are not covered.

SHIPPING & TRANSPORT:

While we take care to package our products to prevent damage, we cannot be held liable for damage incurred during transport. Claims must be made directly with the freight forwarder, as insurance is not included in our local deliveries.

RETURNS:

As most of our sales are made-to-order, penalties will apply to returns. For in-demand products, a 20% fee will be imposed to offset handling and paintwork repairs. For custom-sized orders or low-demand items, management will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

LAY-BY:

We offer a lay-by payment option with a 6-month installment plan, after which the balance is due. Customers may cancel and withdraw their lay-by after providing one week’s notice. Machinery is reserved for the customer and the price is fixed during the lay-by period.
