With two vibrator motors, a built-in 2.2 kVA petrol generator and an interchangeable mould system, this machine is suitable for brick manufacturers, contractors, property developers, construction companies and entrepreneurs starting or expanding a brick-making business.
Movable Material Bin That Works Like a Wheelbarrow
The machine includes a movable material bin that can be used like a wheelbarrow. This makes it easier to move concrete from the mixing area directly to the machine, helping reduce unnecessary handling and improving the workflow on site.
Dual-Vibration System
The machine is fitted with two vibrator motors positioned at different points:
- Top vibrator motor — mounted on the stamper and helps compact the concrete mix during the pressing process.
- Front vibrator motor — mounted on the mould and helps the concrete settle and distribute more evenly inside the mould.
Together, the two motors are designed to provide balanced vibration, improved mould filling and more consistent brick and block shapes.
Depending on the concrete mix, mould and operating conditions, the dual-vibration system is designed to help provide:

Dual Power: Electric, Generator and Manual Operation
The machine offers three operating options for greater flexibility:
- 220V mains electricity for normal operation
- A built-in 2.2 kVA petrol generator for backup power when mains electricity is unavailable
- Manual operation when electric or generator power is not required
This allows you to continue working during power interruptions and gives you greater flexibility on remote construction sites, smaller sites and locations with unreliable electricity.
Interchangeable Mould System
One pre-installed mould of your choice is included with the machine. The interchangeable mould system allows you to manufacture different brick and block products using the same machine.
Available mould options include:
- Stock brick mould
- Maxi brick mould
- M140 hollow block mould
- V block mould
- 6-inch / Size 6 hollow block mould

The machine includes a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. If the machine develops a manufacturing fault during the guarantee period, TL Store will assess and repair the machine in accordance with the guarantee terms.
Please operate and maintain the machine according to the supplied instructions. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, unauthorised modifications, electrical faults, incorrect generator use or normal wear and tear may not be covered.
