TL Store Electric Fixed-Mould Brick Making Machine
Produce concrete bricks and blocks with the TL Store Electric Fixed-Mould Brick Making Machine — a practical solution for small brickyards, construction projects, self-builders and entrepreneurs who want electric vibration with the option of manual operation.
This machine combines a fixed mould with one electric vibrator motor to help the concrete settle and compact during production. It operates on a 220V electrical supply and can also be operated manually when required.
Choose Your Mould Before Ordering
This machine is supplied with one fixed mould. When placing your order, choose the mould configuration for the product you want to manufacture:
- Stock brick
- Maxi brick
- V block
- M140 / M6 hollow block
The selected mould is permanently installed during manufacturing and cannot be exchanged later. Please choose your mould carefully before placing your order.
IMPORTANT: This is a fixed-mould machine. It is supplied with one mould only, and the mould cannot be changed after the machine has been manufactured.
If you need to manufacture different brick or block types using interchangeable moulds, view our Manual Egg-Layer, Electric Egg-Layer or Power Electric Egg-Layer machines instead.
Fixed Material Bin
The machine has a fixed material bin designed to hold and feed the concrete mix into the selected mould during production. The bin is part of the machine and is not designed to be used as a movable wheelbarrow.
Fixed Vibrator Motor
The machine is fitted with one 0.75 kW vibrator motor with a vibration force of 350 kgf. The motor operates at 220V and 50Hz and is permanently fixed on top of the stamper. It cannot be moved or repositioned.
The vibrator motor is designed to help the concrete mix settle more evenly inside the fixed mould during production. Final results depend on the concrete mix, material quality, correct operation and curing process.
Electric and Manual Operation
The machine can be operated using a 220V electrical supply or manually when required. This provides flexibility during power interruptions and allows production to continue manually when electricity is unavailable.

Production Note
Final brick and block quality depends on the concrete mix, material quality, mould selected, correct operation, curing process and working conditions. Capacity per drop depends on the selected mould configuration.
1-Year Guarantee
The machine includes a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. If the machine develops a manufacturing fault during the guarantee period, TL Store will assess and repair the machine in accordance with the guarantee terms.

For strong, quality bricks, we recommend mixing 1 bag of cement with 4 wheelbarrows of river sand.
