Movable Material Bin That Works Like a Wheelbarrow
The machine includes a movable material bin that can be used like a wheelbarrow. This makes it easier to move concrete from the mixing area directly to the machine, helping reduce unnecessary handling and improving the workflow on site.
The movable bin is especially useful on smaller sites where space, transport and labour need to be managed efficiently.
Adjustable Vibrator Motor Position
The machine is fitted with one 0.75 kW vibrator motor mounted on top of the stamper. The motor can also be repositioned to the front position when required, allowing you to adjust the vibration point according to your production needs and mould configuration.
The vibrator motor is designed to help the concrete settle more evenly inside the mould during the pressing process. This can help improve mould filling, compaction and the consistency of the finished bricks or blocks.
Electric and Manual Operation
The machine operates on a 220V electrical supply and can also be operated manually when required. Manual operation provides additional flexibility during power interruptions or when electricity is not available at the production site.
Interchangeable Mould System
One pre-installed mould of your choice is included with the machine. The interchangeable mould system allows you to manufacture different brick and block products using the same machine.
